Performed brake fluid service. Adjusted brake fluid reservoir level. Adjusted tire pressures to 36 psi front & 36 psi rear. Front brake pads at 10 mm. Rear brake pads at 6 mm. Miles in 62687 / miles out 62689.
- Performed 725.0 transmission service with gold transmission fluid. Raised vehicle on hoist. Drained transmission oil. Drained transmission torque converter. Removed & re-installed transmission oil pan. Replaced transmission oil pan with integrated filter. Installed new swirl pipe for ultrasonic measurement. Installed new overflow pipe. Installed new transmission oil pan bolts & torqued to 4nm & 90° angle. Added 6 liters of transmission oil. Connected sds. Performed manual fill & bleed procedure as outlined by sds. Corrected fluid level with sds after fill & bleed procedure. No fluid leaks found after repairs. Test drove vehicle after repair. Vehicle shifting as designed after repair. Raised vehicle on hoist. removed front & rear engine under car panels. Cleaned & de-greased engine oil residue from engine & engine compartment as best as possible. Re-installed removed engine under car panels in reverse order. Test drove vehicle after repairs & rechecked for fluid leaks. No fluid leaks found after repairs. Miles in: 86314, Miles out: 86316.
