    • Found Coolant bleeder line disconnected at reservoir causing coolant leak. Removed coolant reservoir cap & checked coolant level. Found coolant level low approximately 2 quarts. Adjusted coolant reservoir level with BMW approved G48 coolant. Performed pressure test & checked for leaks. Found Coolant bleeder line disconnected at reservoir causing coolant leak at reservoir. Connected coolant bleeder line at coolant reservoir. Adjusted fluid level. Pressurized coolant circuit to recheck for leaks. Raised vehicle on hoist & checked for coolant leaks. No fluid leaks found after securing bleeder hose at coolant reservoir.

    • Fuel pump in fuel tank failed electronically causing vehicle to not start. Attempted to start vehicle. Found vehicle cranking but not starting. Found fuel level in tank displayed in the instrument cluster was approximately 1/3 tank Connected vehicle battery charger. Connected diagnostic equipment & performed short test. Found fault code: " 2AAE Fuel Pump." in the Engine (DME/DDE) control unit. Found fault code: "6293 EKPS: Control Current Too High." in the Electronic Fuel Pump Control (EKP). Performed fuel pressure test. Found no fuel pressure present while cranking the engine over. Performed electrical test program. Found fuse #70 & #89 ok. Removed rear seat. Removed access covers for fuel tank. Removed electrical connector at fuel tank. Found 12.5 volts between termial #2 of electric fuel pump connector & terminal #1 of electric fuel pump connector. Tested resistance of fuel pump between terminal #1 & #2 of fuel pump connection at tank & found resistance was 6 mega ohm's (normal resistance is about 1-2 ohm's). Found fuel pump defective. Disconnected vehicle battery ground. Removed access cover from top for the top of the fuel tank under rear passenger seat. Disconnected all electrical connectors from fuel tank. Disconnected & covered fuel feed line to the engine. Replaced fuel pump & seals. Installed in reverse order & torqued all mounting nuts & bolts to specification. Erased fault codes. Vehicle started correctly after repair. Test drove vehicle after repair. Vehicle operating as designed after repair & test drive. Mileage in: 58397 mileage out: 58399

    • DURING MULTI POINT INSPECTION, FOUND FRONT BRAKE PADS AT MINIMUM THICKNESS. RAISED VEHICLE ON HOIST. REMOVED FRONT WHEELS. REPLACED FRONT BRAKE PADS & SENSOR. CLEANED FRONT CALIPERS. RE-INSTALLED REMOVED ITEMS IN REVERSE ORDER & TORQUED TO SPECIFICATION. ADJUSTED BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR LEVEL AFTER REPAIRS. BRAKES OPERATING AS DESIGNED AFTER REPAIRS.
